HYDRAULIC SYSTEMS:  A.M.S. designs and builds highly efficient hydraulic systems for Palletizers, Pallet Handling Systems, other equipment.  If your current system has component failures, hydraulic leaks, or problems caused by excessive heat, a Hydraulic System Upgrade may be a cost effective way to make your old system run better than new.
	PLC/CONTROLS UPGRADES & SUPPORT: A.M.S. will convert your existing control system to an up-to-date state of the art system.  We also provide support for a wide variety of Programmable Logic Controllers.  This support can be customized to your needs and could include programming, backup management, documentation, training, schematic verification, etc.

Equipment Audits: Automated Machine Systems will audit existing palletizers or pallet handling equipment for potential problems such as worn or damaged parts, improper operation, timing issues, etc.

Equipment Modifications / Upgrades:  A.M.S. can add safety and diagnostic upgrades  as well as functional upgrades such as conversions from outdated control systems to current PLC's.

Equipment Tune-ups:  A.M.S. has expertise with various brands of palletizers and numerous types of PLC's that will allow us to fine-tune a wide variety of equipment.

Maintenance Contracts:  A.M.S. will design a customized preventive maintenance program for your companies pallet handling or palletizing equipment.  This program can include preventive maintenance of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and/or electrical equipment.

Operator Interface Terminals and Diagnostic Packages:  Operator Interface devices such as touchscreens or diagnostic displays are in high demand to increase the efficiency of a machine or system.  A.M.S. designs and installs interface systems for either new equipment or for retrofit on existing machinery.
