STACKER
The stacker is powered by a powerful 6 gallon per minute pump motor that stacks up to 15 pallets per minute.  It may be quickly adjusted to receive various sized pallets from 36 to 48 inches wide.  A PLC controller is standard equipment with an optional multi-stack selector, counter, and brander.  See the Stacker specifications.
DESTACKER
The AMS Destacker is designed for productivity.  It's 13 gallon per minute pump motor will dispense a pallet every 4.5 seconds at 150 feet per minute.  The dual forks support any conditioned pallet from 36 to 48 inches wide.  A hydraulic carriage lift and track conveyor unit provide the vertical lift and discharge speed.  At only 5 feet wide, this unit is ideal in space saving environments.

TIPPER
The AMS Tipper is manufactured in both an automatic and semi-automatic mode.  It is powered by a 5 horse power hydraulic motor and can handle pallets of unlimited size, making it ideal for those environments with high percentages of odd ball sizes.  See Tipper specifications.
FLIPPER
The AMS Flipper is an automated pallet handling machine that eliminates the backbreaking labor of turning a pallet over.  The photo eye and relay logic controller assures that the Flipper maintains consistent pallet flow.  It's 5 horse power hydraulic motor can handle a pallet every 4.5 seconds and it may be integrated into any in-line pallet conveyor system.
