DECKMASTER
The Deckmaster hydraulically removes damaged deckboards and depresses all nail stubble on the pallet while eliminating blade costs.  It has high prepping capacity and with optional in-table rollers and provides the opportunity for a 90 degree turn in pallet flow.  The Deckmaster removes pry bars and hammers out of the builders's hands and places repair decision making in one person's hands. PLATER
The AMS Plater has a fast 7 horse power hydraulic motor and heavy duty components that assure low maintenance.  It is equipped with dual hydraulic plating cylinders, pneumatic hold downs and an optional ball transfer table that contribute to consistent speed.  When the dual cylinder system is initiated, the air cylinder also activates thus creating a one step process.  Triple plated arms assure structural integrity. DECKMATE
The Deckmate is a heavy duty pallet prepping machine that hydraulically removes the damaged deckboards.  It can be used as a builders table or an inspection transfer table.  This highly productive machine requires only one operator to make quality decisions regarding which boards should be removed from the pallet.  The Deckmate flexibility allows this unit to be used in numerous line operations.  Optional features: Ball transfer table, Table mounted pallet flipper, Adjustable feet, and Nail gun boom.  See the Deckmate specs
REPAIR TABLE
The Repair Table is designed for quick and easy pallet handling and repair.  Its heavy duty ball transfer table allows for pallet sorting and transferring.  This table is designed with the builder in mind.
