High Speed Pallet Washer

Description:
|
Diagram shows, Pallets are loaded into carousel style machine. Once started the carriage will
carry the pallet into wash area where it is sprayed with high pressure (600psi/45 gpm) water
nozzles mounted on two oscillating spray bars. Theses nozzles will sweep back and forth on
both sides to give thorough cleaning. Two wash tanks are available, one for wash solution
and one for rinsing. Both tanks are recalculating and uses self cleaning filters to remove
particles as small as 1500microns. Water temp at washing is 130F.
Once washed and rinsed the pallets are rotated to the back of machine for blow off and drying.
High air pressure strips the water from all surfaces using air knives.
Pallets are then moved to the drying area where 180 F heated air is directed to all areas
of pallets. After approximately 5 minutes the pallet is rotated out to the original loading area.
